Handrawina Adiboga Nusantara is a book initiated and compiled by the Indonesian Gastronomy Community (IGC). State banquets have been very significant to Indonesia’s diplomacy endeavors throughout the years. As a tool for soft power diplomacy, the banquet dishes ignite stories, warm the atmosphere, and inevitably allow connections to form. This book project is one of IGC’s many contributions in preserving the abundance behind Indonesia’s Gastronomic history.
