The Topaz Residence is a residential area in Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, where it combines commercial and residential areas under the management of experienced developers in Indonesia. It has a strategic location which is very close to the airport and Makassar New Port, as for the superior infrastructure and facilities to meet the needs of new families and large families. Supported by facilities and developments that make it easier for its residents to carry out their activities, The Topaz Residence wants to create a healthy and harmonious life in a family. Hence, we are in need to create a design that would carry a harmonious family community approach in Indonesia, especially in Makassar.
